Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Each Arteva by Esther piece is carefully packed for transit and shipped with tracking. To help protect each one-of-one purchase, signature confirmation is required at delivery.
Available pieces are ready to ship unless the product listing states otherwise. Waitlisted, special-order, made-to-order, or custom pieces may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated separately.
Because each piece is individually created and offered as a one-of-one item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, styling preference, measurement oversight, or disclosed handmade variation.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonable timeframe, we will contact you with the appropriate next steps.
