Shipping policy

At Arteva by Esther, each piece is individually created, carefully reviewed, and thoughtfully packed for transit. Because our products are one-of-one and may vary widely in size, weight, shape, and fragility, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item, packaging requirements, selected shipping service, and delivery address.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Unless a product listing states otherwise, available Arteva by Esther pieces are ready to ship at the time of purchase.

Ready-to-ship orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. This timeframe allows us to carefully package each piece according to its size, structure, and fragility.

Waitlisted, special-order, made-to-order, or custom pieces may require additional preparation time. Any applicable timeline for these pieces will be stated on the product page, invoice, or related customer communication.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Rates may vary depending on the package size, package weight, carrier, destination, shipping service selected, and any required delivery protection services.

Because many Arteva by Esther pieces are fragile, packaging may require additional protective materials or larger box dimensions than the item itself. This helps protect the piece during normal carrier handling.

Packaging

Each Arteva by Esther piece is carefully packed for transit using packaging selected for its size, shape, and fragility. Depending on the item, this may include protective wrapping, cushioning, reinforced packaging, void fill, or other protective materials.

Our goal is to package each piece securely while keeping shipping as efficient and cost-conscious as possible.

Multiple-Item Orders

Because Arteva by Esther pieces are one-of-one and may differ significantly in size, shape, and fragility, orders containing multiple items may require separate packaging or additional handling.

For the protection of each piece, multiple-item orders may ship in separate boxes. In some cases, each item may be packaged and shipped individually to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Signature Required at Delivery

To help protect each one-of-one piece, Arteva by Esther shipments require signature confirmation at delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package. A signature from someone at the delivery address, or from another recipient accepted by the carrier, may satisfy the delivery requirement.

If delivery is missed, the carrier may provide instructions for redelivery or pickup. Arteva by Esther is not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts, recipient unavailability, or failure to retrieve a package from the carrier within the carrier’s required timeframe.

If a package is returned to Arteva by Esther due to missed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit schedule. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Arteva by Esther.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, missed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery timing.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Arteva by Esther is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun or the package has been handed to the carrier.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Materially Different Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product listing, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Photos should include:

• The item received

• The damaged or affected area, if applicable

• The outer shipping box

• The interior packaging materials

• Any visible carrier damage to the package

This documentation allows us to review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, missing, or delivered but not received, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Depending on the situation, we may recommend contacting the carrier directly, opening a carrier inquiry, or providing documentation for a shipping claim when applicable.

Arteva by Esther is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, including delivery confirmed by tracking or signature confirmation.

Orders That Cannot Be Shipped as Expected

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonable timeframe, we will contact you with the appropriate next steps.

In rare cases, if a selected shipping method is not suitable for the size, fragility, destination, or safe handling of an item, we may contact you before shipment to review available options.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each Arteva by Esther piece is individually created and offered as a one-of-one item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, styling preference, measurement oversight, or handmade variation that has been disclosed on the product page.

Issues involving damage, defects, incorrect items, or items that are materially different from their product listing will be reviewed according to the process described above.
