Refund policy

At Arteva by Esther, each piece is individually created and offered as a one-of-one item. Because of the handmade, curated, and limited nature of our work, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product listing.

Please review all product photos, dimensions, materials, care notes, condition details, and listing descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy

All Arteva by Esther pieces are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind
  • Styling preference
  • Measurement oversight
  • Color, texture, material, or handmade variation that was disclosed or visible on the product page
  • Minor natural variation consistent with handmade, refurbished, or individually finished decor
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, water exposure, heat exposure, real candles, open flame, or failure to follow product care notes

Because each piece is one-of-one, we are generally unable to offer exchanges or identical replacements.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed for change of mind, styling preference, or measurement oversight.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonable timeframe, we will contact you with the appropriate next steps, which may include the option to continue with the order or receive a refund.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product listing, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.

To request a review, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Clear photos of any damage, defect, or discrepancy
  • A brief description of the issue

Please do not discard the item or packaging until the review process is complete. We may need packaging photos or additional information to properly assess the issue or support a carrier claim.

Requests submitted after 3 calendar days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Review Process

Once your request is received, we will review the details and determine whether the item qualifies for a refund, return authorization, or another appropriate resolution.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions before the item is shipped back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items, when required, must be sent back in the condition received and packaged carefully to prevent further damage in transit.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.

Approved refunds may include the item price and any applicable shipping charges depending on the circumstances of the issue. Original shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Arteva by Esther.

Shipping Damage

Each Arteva by Esther piece is carefully packed for transit. However, if an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We may ask you to keep the original packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all Arteva by Esther pieces are individually created and sold as one-of-one items, all products are considered final sale unless they meet the limited exception for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items described above.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.
