About One-of-One Pieces
What is Arteva by Esther?
Arteva by Esther creates one-of-one sculptural objects for collected interiors. Each piece is individually created, finished, or transformed in Arizona, USA, with emphasis on natural texture, sculptural form, and quiet visual presence.
What does one-of-one mean?
One-of-one means each listed piece is the only one available in that exact form. Once it sells, that specific item will not be restocked as the same piece.
Can a collected item be recreated?
Because each piece is individually created or finished by hand, exact recreations are not guaranteed. A similar piece may be possible depending on materials, availability, size, shape, and finish, but natural variation should be expected.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
The item you receive will be the item shown in the listing unless otherwise stated. However, color and texture may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural character of the materials.
Are small imperfections normal?
Yes. Handmade, hand-finished, and artisan-style decor may include natural texture, distressing, unevenness, surface variation, or other character marks. These details are part of the piece’s intended look and are not considered defects when shown or described in the product listing.
Are measurements exact?
Measurements are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variation may occur due to the shape, texture, or handmade nature of a piece. Please review all product dimensions carefully before purchasing.
Care, Display + Use
Are Arteva by Esther pieces functional or decorative?
Most pieces are intended primarily for decorative styling. Please read each product listing carefully for specific use details, limitations, safety notes, and care instructions.
Can I use vases with water or fresh flowers?
Unless a product listing clearly states otherwise, Arteva by Esther pieces are intended for dry decorative use only. Do not fill pieces with water. For floral styling, use dried botanicals, faux stems, or other dry decorative elements.
Can lantern-style pieces be used with real candles?
No. For lantern-style styling, use battery-operated flameless LED lights only. Do not use real candles, open flame, heat, or electrical modifications with Arteva by Esther pieces.
How should I care for my piece?
Handle with care and display indoors in a dry location. Avoid water, moisture, excessive heat, direct flame, and rough handling. To clean, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not scrub, soak, or use harsh cleaning products.
Shipping, Delivery + Packaging
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, packaging requirements, and protected delivery needs. Arteva by Esther uses a Standard Protected shipping method to help account for careful packaging, tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance when available or applicable.
What does Standard Protected shipping include?
Standard Protected shipping helps cover the careful packing and protected delivery of your one-of-one piece. Shipments include tracking, signature confirmation at delivery, and order-value-based insurance when available or applicable.
Why is shipping higher for some orders?
Because Arteva by Esther pieces are one-of-one, fragile, and often different in size or shape, shipping may require protective packaging, separate boxes, insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. Shipping rates are designed to help protect the piece during transit, not simply cover basic postage.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
The shipping method shown at checkout reflects Arteva by Esther’s protected shipping service, not a specific carrier. Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, tracking details will be provided by email and through your order status page. Your tracking information will show the carrier used for delivery. If your order ships in more than one box, separate tracking details may be provided.
Will signature confirmation be required?
Yes. To help protect one-of-one purchases, Arteva by Esther shipments require signature confirmation at delivery unless stated otherwise. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If delivery is missed, the carrier may provide instructions for redelivery or pickup.
How are fragile pieces packaged?
Each piece is carefully packed for transit using protective packaging appropriate for its size, shape, and fragility. Because each item is unique, packaging may vary by order. For multiple-item orders, pieces may ship in separate boxes to help reduce the risk of damage in transit.
When will my order ship?
Available pieces are generally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase unless the product listing states otherwise. This allows time for careful packing based on the piece’s size, structure, and fragility. If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonable timeframe, we will contact you with the appropriate next steps.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
If local pickup or delivery is available, it will be shown during checkout or communicated directly by Arteva by Esther. Availability may vary by order, location, and item size.
Returns, Changes + Order Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each Arteva by Esther piece is individually created and offered as a one-of-one item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, styling preference, measurement oversight, or handmade variation that has been disclosed on the product page.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind after purchase. Because each item is one-of-one, placing an order removes that piece from availability for other customers.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product listing, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Should I keep the packaging if there is an issue?
Yes. Please keep all original packaging, including the shipping box, protective materials, and damaged item, until the issue has been reviewed. This may be needed to evaluate the order or assist with a shipping claim.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped. Arteva by Esther is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to claim the package.
Custom Requests + Contact
Do you accept custom requests?
Arteva by Esther is currently focused on one-of-one finished pieces. Custom requests or similar-piece inquiries may be reviewed case by case, but acceptance is not guaranteed and exact recreations may not be possible.
